I had an amazing stay at Quality Inn & Suites Albuquerque - Iliff Rd and I can’t recommend it enough! From the moment I walked in, Raj at the front desk made me feel completely welcome. His hospitality, politeness, and genuine kindness truly set the tone for the entire stay. You can tell he and the team are working hard to make sure every guest feels comfortable and taken care of. The rooms were very clean, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and everything felt well-maintained. The amenities are a huge plus — the pool and hot tub are perfect for relaxing, and the gym is well-equipped for a good workout. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, cleanliness, and outstanding service, this is it. Do yourself a favor and book your stay here — you won’t regret it!

After our room at another hotel was erroneously canceled, and we scrambled to find a new place to stay for a few days, we fortunately fell into the care of Lolita at the front desk. Never could we imagine that someone would have such warmth, be so welcoming, and take us in, compared to the night staff at other places whom hope for quiet shifts. We truly felt at home and we will be returning. The place was clean, comfy and quiet. Thank you, Lolita, for seeing our dismay, turning our bad night into a wonderful one, helping us get rest, and even following up to make sure we were settled in and happy after our misfortune before arrival. You’re a lifesaver!!

We checked in for our trip to the Balloon Fiesta. The lady that checked us in was super nice and thorough. She accommodated my request for the first floor and parking was right outside our door, which we love. The hotel is located in an area with a lot of restaurants and gas stations, some within walking distance. We would definitely stay again.

The hotel is really great stay here once in every week due to company work . The front desk boy Luckky he is really excellent he always helps me out politely when ever we had any issue and the rooms are really clean and nice

First off, these staff is amazing. The guy who checked me was very personable. Got me an upgrade without asking because of my status. Another agent gave me food recommendations. Another assisted me with towels. Everyone I've run into here is super friendly and helpful. The exterior of the building is pretty spotless and clean too. The indoor pool was surprisingly very clean and must have recently been refurbished. The hot tub could use a scrub but It was all chlorinated so no issue. I did have to have the bed sheets changed as they just seemed off but the housekeeper who came to change them was as pleasant as can be and there was never a fuss about any request made. Now the area isn't perfect but I can see they are doing a lot to clean it up. The neighboring hotels are renovating, the street is swept, it is getting there. My critiques: -Air conditioner filter needs a cleaning badly, very dusty -Furniture is banged up but you can see they try to repair some of it. -The couch cushions and under the cushions need to be vacuumed and washed. Its a fairly new couch so don't let it get destroyed. -The breakfast area juice dispenser was emptied but had stale juice just sitting there in the bottom. I noticed this in the afternoon when I checked in so I definitely won't be drinking the juice in the AM as it does seem like it doesn't get cleaned. I have a feeling they just pour over the soured juice from the previous day. I could be wrong. I got a jacuzzi tub in the room. I personally would never use it but out of curiosity I did fill the tub and ran it and there wasn't any particulate or grossness coming out of the nozzles. Anyways, unique property, friendly staff, can use some more detail cleaning but for $65 a night I cannot complain.

We are staying here from last one year once in a week we never had any issues rooms are clean and nice and the security 24 hours make it more safer and front desk staff are really friendly and good "Lucky" is really friendly and helpful and indore pool is excellent
